Transparency, fair competition and respect guide Handover’s relationship with service providers and suppliers. These are the commitments in our Code of Ethics.
Market and competitor information is obtained only through transparent and legitimate practices. Nothing by illicit means.
Confidential information from suppliers, partners and clients is not shared with third parties without prior written permission.
No Handover professional behaves in ways that damage the reputation of suppliers, partners or competitors.
We reject bribery, extortion, kickbacks and corruption in every form, inside and outside the company.
We accept only institutional courtesies of small value that do not influence decisions or create commercial obligations. Never cash.
Contracting decisions are impersonal and impartial: any relationship that could create a conflict must be declared and set aside.
Personal data of suppliers, service providers and third parties is treated as confidential information, under the LGPD in Brazil and, in the American operation, the CCPA/CPRA and FTC guidance.
Data transfers between Handover Tecnologia (Brazil) and Handover LLC (United States) follow the legal mechanisms for international transfer, with contractual safeguards.
Suppliers and partners can report any conduct that departs from the Code of Ethics. Reports are investigated by the Ethics Committee, with confidentiality guaranteed.
Use the Handover Ombudsman: the channel accepts identified or anonymous reports and responds within 3 business days.
